and we try to source our ingredients locally.

The bar at the Boat Inn provides a comfortable and relaxed setting for a drink or snack. The distinctive boat-shaped bar and high quality service, and large selection of drinks, beverages, bar food, and snacks, make any visit worthwhile. Live music from local musicians is organized at weekends, and on weekdays during the summer.
The Art of Jimmy Lawlor If you spend any time at the Boat Inn, you won't fail to notice the distinctive artwork that hangs on the walls. Many of these pieces are the work of renowned Irish artist Jimmy Lawlor, whose enchanting and vivid compositions offer imainative and surreal takes on everything from gramaphones to landscapes. Music The Boat Inn hosts many well known performers on weekends and throughout the Summer. We often have talented traditional musicians, from the locality or further afield. Check out the music page to see examples of groups and artists that have performed at the Boat Inn.
